"There is a myth that you need to count calories to avoid disease to be slim. That’s obviously false. Here’s why it’s false. No one knew what a calorie was, let alone count them, for every generation of humans that have ever existed, up until the last two (which have also been the fattest and sickest). So how could it possibly be true that we need to count a thing that we weren’t even aware of before we had this problem to avoid this problem? We can get into all the science we want...but bottom line… there’s a solution to this as evidenced by every generation up until the last 2. It is eat food… defined by the stuff you find directly in nature...Gogurt is not found in nature… Pringles are not found in nature...Even bread is not found in nature. There’s no such thing as a bread bush. If you want to eat wheat off the stalk go ahead but no one does. If we just ate and moved the way we did before we were heavy and sick we wouldn’t get heavy and sick."
